ADOPTZNC- SU 3i :TTINC- A <br />BUDGET FOR OF STATE ALLOCATED <br />(EN Z F UZm/ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ a master agreement has been executed by the City and the <br />State of California on March 25~ 1960~ for expenditure of State allocated <br />(engineering) funds under Section 2107.5 of the Streets and Highway Code; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ the City Council has prepared a budget proposal showing <br />estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the <br />1963-64 Fiscal Year; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ the City Council has heard read said budget proposal and <br />is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE ~T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha that said budget proposal be and is hereby adopted as the budget <br />of proposed expenditures of the State allocated funds for engineering to <br />cities~ said budget proposal to be and the same is hereby approved~ and <br />the Director of Public Works is directed to sign the same on behalf of <br />said City~ and said budget proposal to be submitted to the Department of <br />Public Works~ State of California~ in accordance with the Provisions of <br />Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />at its regular meeting held on the 3rd <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CI,ERI('OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />day of Jlme 1963. <br /> <br />STATE OF CAIffFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I~ DORIS M.
