RESOLUTION 63-102 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AN <br />AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND THE BOARD <br />OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE CALIFORNIA STATE <br />~4PLOYEES ' RETIREMENT SYSTEM <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That an amendment to the Contract between the <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, and the Board <br />of Administration, California State Employees' Retirement System <br />is hereby authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached <br />hereto, marked "Exhibit A", and by such reference made a part <br />hereof as though herein set out in full. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That the Vice-Mayor and the Clerk of the Council <br />of the City of Santa Aha are hereby authorized, empowered and <br />directed to execute and attest, respectively, said amendment for <br />and on behalf of said City of Santa Aha. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: That said amendment shall take effect on July 1, <br />1963. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of June, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
