RESOLUTION 63-110 ADOPTING PRECISE STREET <br />ALIGNMENT OF TALBERT AVENUE BETWEEN MAIN <br />AND GREENVILLE STREETS AS SHOWN ON <br />EXHIBIT PPSA ~08 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after recommendation by the Planning Cc~mission <br />that a precise street alignment be adopted by their Resolution <br />NO. 5618 after public hearing thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing before the City Council on <br />notice as required by law, said Council has decided that the <br />recommended precise alignment should be adopted. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds <br />and determines that the public interest, necessity,-cdnvenienee and <br />general welfare require that a precise plan of alignment of <br />TALBERT AVENUE between Main and Greenville Streets be, and the same <br />is hereby established, and said Council hereby adopts the street <br />alignment plan of said street as shown on a detailed drawing <br />entitled "PRECISE ALIGNMENT (P.P.S.A. - 08) TALBERT AVENUE, GREENVILLE <br />TO MAIN", copies of which said drawing are on file in the Department <br />of Public Works and in the Planning Department of the City for <br />inspection by the public. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of June, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
