RESOLUTION 63-113 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />A QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />TO ROSS D. AND DOLORES P. MURO <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the City entered into an agreement to <br />sell to ROSS D. and DOLORES P. MURO a certain piece of real property <br />on the South side of Walnut Street, East of Daisy Street, for the <br />sum of $500.00, payable in monthly installments; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, payments under the terms of said agreement have now <br />been completed. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby authorized to execute a quitclaim deed <br />quitclaiming to ROSS D. MURO and DOLORES P. MURO the real property <br />in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, <br />described as: <br /> <br />The South 18 feet of Lot 13 in Block A of Tract 233, as <br />shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 13, Page 9 of <br />Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County; <br /> <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion included within a <br />spandrel shaped parcel bounded Northerly by the North <br />line of said South 18 feet; Westerly by the West line <br />of said Lot and Southeasterly by the arc of a curve <br />concave Southeasterly having a radius of 25 feet and tangent <br />to said North line of the South 18 feet and tangent to <br />said West line of said Lot, <br /> <br />and deliver the same to said owners. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at' its regular meeting held on the 17th day of June, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
