Jerome, as a member of the Civil Service <br />Commission, was accepted with regrets and Clerk instructed to write a <br /> <br />letter of appreciation for his services. <br /># <br /> <br />Communication was read from County Tax Collector advising that the <br />County intends to sell at public auction tax-delinquent property <br /> <br />described as Tract No. 696, Lots 18 and 19, Block "G", being on.South <br /> <br />Evergreen Street between St. Andrews and St. Gertrude Streets. Bailey requesting information as <br />to what action was taken reference installation of stree~ lights in <br />Tract 1551, and on motion of Trustee Hunter, seconded by Jerome and <br /> <br />carried, the City Engineer was instructed to answer Mr. Bailey's <br /> <br />letter. <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hunter, seconded by Dahl and carried, <br /> <br />communication <br /> <br />from Dana Peterson requesting that burning of trash be prohibited on <br />Sundays and Mondays, was received and filed. <br /> <br />Communication was read from the City Engineer advising that improve- <br />ments within the boundaries of Tract No. 1478 have been satisfactorilyli <br />completed and on motion of Trustee Jerome, seconded by Dahl and <br /> <br />carried, the bond filed by Ross W. Cortese, written by the United <br /> <br />Pacific Insurance Company, <br /> <br />released. <br /># <br /> <br />in the sum of $60,000.00, was <br /> <br />ordered <br /> <br /> <br />
