<br />County intends to sell at public auction tax-delinquent property
<br />

<br />
<br />motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by Hunter and carried, the Clerk was

<br />Tract 1551, and on motion of Trustee Hunter, seconded by Jerome and

<br />carried, the City Engineer was instructed to answer Mr. Bailey's
<br />
<br />letter.

<br />from Dana Peterson requesting that burning of trash be prohibited on
<br />Sundays and Mondays, was received and filed.

<br />Communication was read from the City Engineer advising that improve-
<br />ments within the boundaries of Tract No. 1478 have been satisfactorilyli
<br />completed and on motion of Trustee Jerome, seconded by Dahl and
<br />
<br />carried, the bond filed by Ross W. Cortese, written by the United
<br />
<br />Pacific Insurance Company,
<br />
<br />released.
