RESOLUTION 63-116 ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED AND <br />A QUITCLAIM DEED WHERE THE CITY IS PAYING A <br />CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HERBERT C. YOUNGER and SHIRLEY MILDRED YOUNGER have <br />presented to the City a deed dated May 23, 1963, and MONTY RICH has <br />presented to the City a quitclaim deed dated May 23, 1963, conveying <br />an easement for street purposes on the East side of Fairview Street, <br />South of Seventeenth Street, in consideration of the payment of <br />$1,987.86. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow <br />No. 49648-K with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, <br />California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds, and Carl J.
