RESOLUTION 63-117 DELETING CONDITION TO VARIANCE <br />GRANTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND THE ZONING <br />ADMINISTRATOR ON APPLICATION NO. 1773 FILED BY <br />LOUIS B. MINTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing, the Planning Cc~mission and the <br />Zoning Administrator granted a variance on Variance Application <br />No. 1773, filed by LOUIS B. MINTER to construct a 30-foot adver- <br />tising structure on R-2 property on the West side cf Grand Avenue, <br />between Fourteenth Street and Washington Place; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application 86 was duly filed by JOHN and <br />ORETTA DYKSTRA, and Appeal Application 87 was duly filed by the <br />applicant requesting a hearing before the City Council to recon- <br />sider the decision of the Planning Cc~mission and the Zoning <br />Administrator; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing, the City Council denied Appeal <br />Application 86 and has determined that the Planning Co.~,Lission and <br />the Zoning Administrator should be overruled and that Condition <br />No. 2 requiring the dedication of a 5-foot right of way and appealed <br />by Appeal Application 87, be deleted from the conditions imposed. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Condition No. 2, as set <br />forth on Page 4 of the Finding of Facts on Variance Application <br />NO. 1773, be deleted from the conditions imposed by the Planning <br />Commission and the Zoning Administrator in the granting of said <br />Variance. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of July, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
