RESOLUTION N0.63 Li~F THE CITY COUNCIL-OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING REVISED ESTIMATE, PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS A~D~ AUTHORIZING THE SAME I TO_ BE FURNISHED TO.PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS. (Assessment District No. 2i3, Bolsa-Andres) · WHEREAS, this Cit~ Council heretofore adopted Resolution No. 63-48 approvzng "Plans No. A.D. 213" and '~Specifications No. A.D. 213'~ showzng and setting forth ~he work described in resolu=ion of intention, Resolution No. 63-49; and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has submitted to this Council a revised sheet No. 1 of said "Plans No. A.D. 213'~, dated June 5, 1963, a revised estimate of the cos=s and expenses of said work and a revised form of bid schedule for saidi"Specifications No. A.D. 213"; and . WHEREAS, said revisions show additional information concerning subsurface conditions, and change the estimated quantities for rock bedding but said revisions do not change the proposed work or the estimated costs and expenses of construction of said work, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows, to-wit: Section 1. That said revised sheet No. 1. of '~Plans No. A.D. 213t~, revised estimate and revised bid.schedule are hereby approved and are ordered to be filed with the Clerk of the Council. Section 2. The Director of Public Works and the Purchasing Agent are hereby authorized to furnish prospective bidders.with plans, specifications and bid sheets revised as herein provided, and the City Council does further ratify any such revised plans, specifications and bid sheets heretofore furnished to any prospective bidders.
