RESOLUTION 63-122 CHANGING THE NAME OF T~AT <br />PORTION OF RAITT STREET BETWEEN TH~ NEW <br />ALIGNMENT OF RAITT STREET ANDMYRTLE STREET <br />TO FRANKLIN STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the Planning Commission, <br />the City Council has considered the name change herein set out <br />and finds that the same should be made to avoid confusion and to <br />avoid what appears to be two streets bearing the same name as a <br />result of the realignment of Raitt Street. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the portion of street <br />heretofore known as Raitt Street running North from the new align- <br />ment of Raitt Street to Myrtle Street be and the same is hereby <br />changed to "FBANKLIN STREET". <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of July, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLF~/< OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
