RESOLUTION 63-124 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PEDRO PENAFLOR and CONSUELO PENAFLOR have presented <br />to the City a deed dated July 3, 1963, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes on the East sade of English Street, North of Eighth <br />Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ULRICH L. MONROE and THELMA M. MONROE have presented <br />to the City a deed dated June 26, 1963, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes at the Southeast corner of Euclid and Fifth Streets; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MYRLE JOY HOLT has presented to the City a deed <br />dated July 8, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes on <br />the East side of Fairview Street, North of Edna Drive, in consider- <br />ation of work to be done at said location by the City. Said <br />transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 49942-K with Security <br />Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, RAY R. SHELLENBARGER and LOTUS E. SHELLENBARGER have <br />presented to the City a deed dated June 29, 1963, conveying an <br />easement for drainage purposes North of Watkins Way, West of Newhope <br />Street, in consideration of work to be done at said location by <br />the City. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow <br />No. 49930-K with Security '£itle Insurance Company, Santa Ana, <br />California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MARILYN FUNK and BARBARA JEAN GEORGE have presented <br />to the City a deed dated July 3, 1963, conveying an easement for <br />drainage purposes between Watkins Way and Posey Street, West of <br />Newhope Street, in consideration of work to be done at said location <br />by the City. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow <br />No. 49929-K with Security itle Insurance Company, Santa Ana, <br />California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
