RESOLUTION 63-125 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ERNEST D. NORWOOD and PHYLLIS A.NORWOOD have <br />presented to the City a deed dated June 28, 1963, conveying an <br />easement for street purposes on the North side of Edinger Avenue, <br />West side of Shelton Street, in consideration of the payment of <br />$160.00. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow <br />No. 5178-RB with United Title Guaranty Company, Santa Ana, California; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JAMES A. MORAN and IRENE MORAN have presented to <br />the City a deed dated July 2, 1963, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes on the East side of Shelton Street, NQrth of <br />Edinger Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $160.00. Said <br />transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 5165-RB with United <br />Title Guaranty Company, Santa Aha, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LAURENCE LARSEN ROLD and RACHEL ROBERTSON ROLD have <br />presented to the City a deed dated June 5, 1963, conveying an <br />easement for street purposes on the West side of Birch Street, North <br />of Edinger Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $165.00. Said <br />transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 49794-K with <br />Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
