RESOLUTION 63-129 GRANTING EXTENSION OF A <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. 107 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution NO. 62-132 a Conditional Use Permit <br />was granted to expire on July 15, 1963, with provision for requesting <br />extension, to maintain a nursery for the care of six totally handi- <br />capped retarded children on a 24-hour basis on property known and <br />numbered as 1026 South Driftwood Drive, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an extension was duly applied for and the City <br />Council has determined that the same should be granted. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby <br />grants an extension of time for the effectiveness of the Conditional <br />Use Permit originally granted by Resolution No. 62-132 under the <br />same terms and conditions, excepting only Condition No. 5, and the <br />understanding that a 6-foot wall or fence shall be maintained as <br />required during all of such use. <br /> <br /> This extension shall commence on the 16th day of July, 1963, <br />and terminate on the 15th day of July, 1965. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of August, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
