RESOLUTION 63-132 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE
<br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ALBERT JAY JONES and BLANCHE MELVINA JONES have
<br />presented to the City a deed dated May 23, 1963, conveying a parcel
<br />of real property on the North side of Edinger Avenue, East of Cypress
<br />Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $6,400.00. Said transaction
<br />is to be handled through Escrow No. 49703-K with Security Title
<br />Insurance Company, Santa Aha, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, HENRY P. HARMS and VIOLET K. HARMS have presented to
<br />the City a deed dated July 10, 1963, conveying a parcel of real
<br />property at the Northeast corner of Birch Street and Edinger Avenue,
<br />in consideration of the payment of $16,750.00. Said transaction is
<br />to be handled through Escrow No. 48472-C with Security Title Insurance
<br />Company, Santa Aha, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, CHARLES D. FREDERICKSON and OLIVE FRRDERICKSON have
<br />presented to the City a deed dated July 10, 1963, conveying an easement
<br />for street purposes on the East side of Birch Street, North of Edinger
<br />Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $140.00. Said transaction
<br />is to be handled through Escrow No. 49990-K with Security Title
<br />Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, CARNIE PHILLIPS and MARY A. PHILLIPS have presented to
<br />the City a deed dated July 10, 1963, conveying an easement for street
<br />purposes on the East side of Ross Street, North of Edinger Avenue, in
<br />consideration of the payment of $65.00. Said transaction is to be
<br />handled through Escrow No. 49991-K with Security Title Insurance
<br />Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, HAROLD DAWSON and VIOLET DAWSON have presented to the
<br />City a deed dated July 10, 1963, conveying an easement for street
<br />purposes on the West side of Patton Street, North of Edinger Avenue,
<br />in consideration of the payment of $135.00. Said transaction is to
<br />be handled through Escrow No. 49988-K with Security Title Insurance
<br />Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, DAVID N. HITT and MILDRED LEA HITT have presented to
<br />the City a deed dated July 10, 1963, conveying an easement for street
<br />purposes.on the East side of Patton Street, North of Edinger Avenue,
<br />in consideration of the payment of $80.00. Said transaction is to be
<br />handled through Escrow No. 49992-K with Security Title Insurance
<br />Company, Santa Aha, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, WALTER C. GROSE and EVA L. GROSE have presented to the
<br />City a deed dated July 30, 1963, conveying a parcel of real property
<br />at the Southwest corner of Park Drive and Edinger Avenue, in consider-
<br />ation of the payment of $500.00. Said transaction is to be handled
<br />through Escrow No. 5869-RB with United Title Guaranty Company,
<br />Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, RUSSELL G. McLEAN and GRACE E. McLEAN have presented
<br />to the City a deed dated July 22, 1963, conveying real property at the
<br />Southeast corner of Hathaway and First Streets and Walnut Street from
<br />Hathaway Street to the Santa Fe Railway right of way, in consideration
<br />of the payment of $10,000.00. Said transaction is to be handled through
<br />Escrow No. 49910-K with Security Title Insurance Ccanpany, Santa Aha,
<br />California;agreement has been entered into outside of escrow for street
<br />improvement work to be done at said location by the City; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the COUNTY OF ORANGE has presented to the City an
<br />indenture dated July 25, 1963, conveying a parcel of real property
<br />on the South side of First Street, East of Bristol Street, in
<br />consideration of the payment of $10.00; and
