RESOLUTION 63-134 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA REGARDING <br />ALIGNMENT AND EFFECT OF THE NEWPORT FREEWAY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a tentative agreement has been reached between the <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA and the CITY OF SANTA ANA regarding the closing <br />and relocation of City streets, construction of frontage roads, and <br />other construction affecting City streets as the result of the <br />placement of those portions of Newport Freeway in and adjacent to <br />Santa Ana, which agreement has now been formalized as the Freeway <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: That the Freeway Agreement, referenced as <br />VII-Ora-43-SA Between the Santa Aha City Limit at Main St and 0.25 <br />Mi.
