RESOLUTION 63-141 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />QUITCLAIM DEEDS BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located <br />on Standard Avenue, South of Edinger Avenue, dedicated to the City <br />of Santa Aha vehicular access rights to Standard Avenue; the present <br />owners have now requested driveway locations across said area and <br />the City has determined to grant the same; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is the owner of certain property located <br />on the North side of Edinger Avenue, between Birch and Ross Streets, <br />in the City of Santa Ana, and it has now been determined that a <br />portion of said property is of no use to the City and that it should <br />be quitclaimed to LAURENCE C. ROLD and RACHEL R. ROLD who have <br />expressed their desire to purchase the same for $3,016.00 through <br />Escrow No. 50030-K with Security Title Insurance Company. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a <br />quitclaim deed quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE <br />UNDERLYING FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTEREST MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, <br />vehicular access rights to Standard Avenue, South of Edinger Avenue, <br />and deliver the same to the Clerk ofthe Council; <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the <br />Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a quitclaim <br />deed quitclaiming to LAURENCE C. ROLD and RACHEL R. ROLD the City's <br />interest in that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Lot 11 of Tract NO. 1170, in the City of Santa Aha, as <br />shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 38, Page 36, <br />Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County. <br />EXCEPTING the southerly 50 feet thereof, <br /> <br />and deliver the same to said owners. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of August, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
