<br />Report was made by the Administrator from information compiled by the
<br />City Engineer on the total amount cf $9635.51 being due David Johnson,
<br />Paul M. Johnson and R.M.Johnson for collection of trash and garbage

<br />from December 1, 1950 to December 21, 1950 inclusive, based on water
<br />
<br />meters, apartment units over three and sale of garbage. On motion of
<br />
<br />Trustee Jerome, seconded-by McBride and carried, a warrant was ordered
<br />drawn in the amount of $9635.51 for total amount due the tJohnsons~
<br />
<br />for work performed under contract which is being terminated as of Nay
<br />
<br />19, 1952.

<br />On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by McBride and carried, the
<br />
<br />Administrator and Attorney were instructed to investigate as to

<br />a bond has been posted under the injunction proceedings with the
<br />
<br />IJohnsons~, and if there has been a bond posted to determine whether
<br />
<br />· the City has been~am~ged, and then if so, to proceed against the bond
