7. There are sufficient City funds available in the current <br /> <br /> 1963-64 budget which can be used to finance the project if <br /> necessary until the funds to be allocated in the 1964-65 <br /> Fiscal Year by both the City and the County are available. <br /> This would be done by budget transfer. <br /> <br /> 8. The Status of Right of Way Acquisition is summarized as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> Total Number of Parcels in Project 21 <br /> Number of Parcels Already Acquired 9 <br /> Number of Parcels Covered by Right of Entry 4 <br /> Number of Parcels to be Condemned 8 <br /> <br /> The City Council has, by Resolution No. 63-15~ authorized <br /> condemnation proceedings on those parcels not acquired so <br /> that the right of way will be in the City's possession <br /> within 60 days from the date of the allocation by the California <br /> Highway Conmnission. A copy of this resolution is attached. <br /> <br /> 9. The plans and specifications are completed and have been sub- <br /> mitred for approval to the railway companies~ the County of <br /> Orange~ and the State Division of Highways. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />at its regular meeting held on the3rd day of September , 1963. <br /> <br /> <br />
