RESOLUTION 63-156 DECLARING THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST <br />HAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY <br />DESIGNATED "BRISTOL STREET AND GARDEN GROVE FREEWAY <br />SOUTHEAST ANNEX" <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the City Council held this <br />date the protest hearing against the annexation herein referred to <br />was regularly held on due notice as required by law, and no written <br />protests were filed against said annexation. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds <br />and declares that a majority protest against the annexation herein- <br />above named, notice of which was given by Resolution 63-137, has <br />not been made. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of September, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
