RESOLUTION 63-162 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, THE ROMAN CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOP OF LOS ANGELES, a <br />corporation sole, has presented to the City a deed dated <br />Septer~ber 16, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes on <br />the South side of Edinger Avenue, East of Bristol Street, in <br />consideration of the payment of $23,272.15. Said transaction is <br />to be handled through United Title Guaranty Company, Santa Aha, <br />California, Escrow No. 6372; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ARCHDIOCESE OF LOS ANGELES EDUCATION AND WELFARE <br />CORPORATION, a corporation, has presented to the City a deed dated <br />September 16, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes on <br />the South sade of Edinger Avenue, West of Baker Street, in consid- <br />eration of the payment of $7,350.00. Said transaction is to be <br />handled through United Title Guaranty Company, Santa Aha,California, <br />Escrow No. 6373. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />Accepts said deeds and Carl J.
