RESOLUTION 63-172 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE
<br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION

<br /> WHEREAS, E. REESE ALLISON and HELEN E. PEDDICORD have presented
<br />to the City a deed dated October 14, 1963, conveying an easement for
<br />street purposes on the East side of Grand Avenue, North of Seventeenth
<br />Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, CHARLES E. PEDDICORD and HELEN E. PEDDICORDhave
<br />presented to the City a deed dated October 14, 1963, conveying an
<br />easement for street purposes on the East side of Grand Avenue, North
<br />of Seventeenth Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, RICHARD C. BOUCHER and VIOLET BOUCHER have presented
<br />to the City a deed dated October 23, 1963, quitclaiming to the City
<br />property located on the South side of Trask Avenue, East of Fairview
<br />Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, GEORGE H. ROSE and MARGARET ROSE have presented to
<br />the City a deed dated September 27, 1963, conveying an easement for
<br />drainage purposes eouth~of First Street, East of Sullivan Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, SALVADOR MERAZ and EMILENE MERAZ have presented to
<br />the City a deed dated October 18, 1963, conveying an easement for
<br />street purposes on the North side of Trask Avenue, West of the Santa
<br />Ana River Channel; and
<br />
<br /> WHERF2%S, SECURITY FORE CORPORATION, a corporation, has
<br />presented to the City a deed dated July 8, 1963, conveying property
<br />for drainage purposes at St. Gertrude Place, East of Forest Avenue;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, MARGARET FETTERS has presented to the City a deed
<br />dated September 30, 1963, conveying easements for street purposes
<br />on the North side of Edinger Avenue, West of Gordon Place; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, WILLIAM A. BUMSTEAD has presented to the City a deed
<br />dated September 30, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes
<br />on the North side of Edinger Avenue, West of Gordon Place; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, JAMES C. DODSON, JR., BETTYANN DODSON, JAMES A.
<br />STEPHENS, ALICE F. STEPHENS, ROBERT B. HOLLAND and FBANKLENA E.
<br />HOLLAND have presented to the City a deed dated December 26, 1962,
<br />conveying easements for street purposes on the South side of Sherwood
<br />Avenue, East of Maple Street, and on the North half of an unnamed
<br />street South of Sherwood Avenue, East of Maple Street; and

<br />STEPHENS, ALICE F. STEPHENS, and INA STEPHENS have presented to the
<br />City a deed dated December 26, 1962, conveying easements for street
<br />purposes on the South side of Sherwood Avenue, West of Maple Street,
<br />and the North half of an unnamed street South of Sherwood Avenue,
<br />between Maple and Main Streets; and

<br />South of Sherwood Avenue, East of Main Street; and

<br /> WHEREAS, WILLIAM K. STOCK and EDNA K. STOCK have presented to
<br />the City a deed dated January 11, 1963, conveying an easement for
<br />street purposes at the Southwest corner of Maple and Alton Streets;
