RESOLUTION 63-173 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />QUITCLAIM DEEDS BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located <br />at the Southeast corner of Fairview Street and Warner Avenue <br />dedicated to the City of Santa Aha vehicular access rights to <br />Warner Avenue and the present owners have now requested driveway <br />locations across said area and the City has determined to grant <br />the same; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located <br />on the North side of First Street, West of Tustin Avenue, dedicated <br />to the City of Santa Aha vehicular access rights to First Street, <br />and the present owner has now requested driveway locations across <br />said area and the City has determined to grant the same. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed <br />quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING <br />FEE AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD vehicular <br />access rights to Warner Avenue, East of Fairview Street, and <br />deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the <br />Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit- <br />claiming to RICHARD CAVANAUGH vehicular access rights on the North <br />side of First Street, West of Tustin Avenue, and deliver the same <br />to said owner. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of November, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
