RESOLUTION 63-174 ACCEPTING A DEED FROM DICK A. <br />AND FERN LORRAINE HORTON AND SHELLEY B. AND <br />SUSAN B. HORTON IN EXCHANGE FOR A QUITCLAIM DEED <br />FROM THE CITY AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SAID <br />QUITCLAIM DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, DICK A. HORTON and FER~ LORRAINE HORTON, husband <br />and wife, and SHELLEY B. HORTON and SUSAN B. HORTON, husband and <br />wife, have presented to the City a deed dated October 17, 1963, <br />conveying property at the southwest corner of Hathaway and First <br />Streets in exchange for certain adjacent City property which the <br />City proposes to quitclaim to said grantors as set forth in <br />Escrow No. 50646-K with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa <br />Ana, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City, accepts said <br />deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed <br />to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the <br />Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a quitclaim <br />to DICK A. HORTON and FERN LORRAINE HORTON, husband and wife, and <br />SHELLEY B. HORTON and SUSAN B.
