<br />South 0° 01' 55" East along said existing City boundary and
<br />along the East line of said last mentioned deed, a distance
<br />of 528 feet, more or less, to the Northeast corner of Tract
<br />No. 4167 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 148,
<br />page 40 and 41, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
<br />California, and to the Northeast corner of the boundary of
<br />the "Twenty-First and Lyon N.W. Annex", Ordinance No. NS-532
<br />and to an angle point in the existingCity boundary; thence
<br />South 89° 57' 21" West along the North line of said Tract
<br />No. 4167, a distance of 829.46 feet to the center line of
<br />Wright Street and to an angle point in the existing City
<br />boundary and to a point on the boundary of said Ordinance
<br />No. 73 and to the Northwest corner of said Tract No. 4167;
<br />thence North 0° 02' 00" East, along said center line of
<br />Wright Street and along said existing City boundary, a
<br />distance of 1,056 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.

<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That "SANTA CLARA ANDWRIGHT S.E.
<br />ANNEX" is hereby designated as an appropriate name by which said
<br />territory shall be known for the purpose of this annexation.
<br />
<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That notice is hereby given that
<br />December 16, 1963, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers,
<br />City Hall, Third and Main Streets, Santa Aha, California, is the
<br />time and place fixed at which said Council will hear written protests
<br />against this annexation made by any person owning property within
<br />said territory. At any time prior to the final adjournment of the
<br />hearing on protests any owner of property within the territory may
<br />file written protest against this annexation. The protest shall
<br />state the name of the owner of the property affected and the street
<br />address or other description of the property sufficient to identify
<br />it on the last equalized assessment roll, all as provided for in
<br />California Government Code Section 35312.
