RESOLUTION 63-176 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND <br />THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE OF THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA PROVIDING FOR POPULATION ESTIMATE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires that the Department of Finance <br />make an estimate of the increase in population of the City of <br />Santa Ana as provided for in Section 194.2, Streets and Highways <br />code, and agreement for the same has been arrived at and reduced <br />to writing. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the <br />Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />that certain Agreement between said City and the Department of <br />Finance hereinabove referred to, and said Clerk of the Council is <br />directed to forthwith mail to said Department of Finance three (3) <br />copies of said Agreement, executed by the City as therein provided <br />fo~ together with a certified copy of this Resolution. <br /> <br />C%.E K OF THE C UNCIL <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of November, 1963. <br /> ..~-MAyoR ~ ~ <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
