Dahl <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies <br />of ~he Minutes of July ?th, 1952, reading of the Minutes <br />was dispensed with and approved on motion of Trustee <br />Jerome, seconded by Hunter and carried. <br /> # <br /> <br />In Re <br />Annexation <br />No. Main St. <br />John W. Prentiss <br /> (hearing date) <br /> <br />etal <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing protests on annexation to the <br />of certain uninhabited te~itory, being a psmcel of land extending <br />along the east line of Main Street 150 feet north of the north City <br />limit line and extending 155.25 ft. east of the east line of Main <br /> <br />In Re <br />Award of bid <br />City advertising <br /> <br />Street, and no protests having been received, on motion of T~ustee <br />Jerome, seconded by McBride and carried, the City Attorney was <br /> <br />instructed to prepare the Ordinance for annexation. <br /># <br /> <br />The report of the committee was read recommending that bid No. 2 of <br />the Register Publishing Company be accepted as the lowest bid. Tucker requesting that stree~ <br />lights be installed at Spurgeon and East Buffalo Streets and at the <br />east end of Buffalo Street at the edge of Hoover Street school <br /> <br />g~ounds. On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Jerome and <br />carried, the ~equest was referred to the City Engineer with power to <br /> <br />In Re <br />Resol.
