RESOLUTION 63-193 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE
<br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, CITIZENS NATIONAL BANK, a National Banking
<br />Association, has presented to the City a deed dated November 1,
<br />1963, conveying property on the North side of First Street, West
<br />of Grand Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $1,028.00.
<br />Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 50000-K with
<br />Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Aha, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, MOTO TASHIRO has presented to the City a deed dated
<br />October 4, 1963, conveying property on the North side of Edinger
<br />Avenue and the East side of Flower Street, in consideration of the
<br />payment of $49,000.00. Said transaction is to be handled through
<br />Escrow No. 50477-K with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana,
<br />California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ETHEL M. COFFMAN has presented to the City a
<br />Declaration to Remove the Appurtenancy of Santa Ana Valley Irrigation
<br />Company Water Stock on the property described as:
<br />
<br />Lots 15 and 16 of Tract No. 731, in the city of Santa Ana,
<br />as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 21, Page 47,
<br />Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County;
<br />
<br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 14 feet of said Lot 15 and the
<br />North 17 feet of said Lot 16,
<br />
<br />and a quitclaim deed quitclaiming to the Santa Ana Valley Irrigation
<br />Company her interest in said~s~c~, all in consideration of the
<br />payment of $20.00 from the City of Santa Ana, and said transaction
<br />is to be handled through Escrow No. 50665-K with Security Title
<br />Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHERF~S, EVA P. OSBORN has presented to the City a Declaration
<br />to Remove the Appurtenancy of Santa Aha Velley Irrigation Company
<br />Water Stock on the property described as:
<br />
<br />Lots 1 and 4 of Block 5 of Bakers Addition to the TOWn of
<br />Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 15,
<br />Page 3, Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the County
<br />Recorder of Los Angeles County, California,
<br />
<br />and a quitclaim deed quitclaiming to the Santa Ana Valley Irrigation
<br />Company her interest in said Water Stock, all in consideration of the
<br />payment of $950.00 from the City of Santa Aha and an agreement by
<br />the City to replace the present water service with a 1~ inch service
<br />extended to the present irrigation boxes. Said transaction is to be
<br />handled through Escrow No. 50666-K with Security Title Insurance
<br />Company, Santa Aha, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, EDWARD C. HAGTHROP, JR. and ALICE J. HAGTHROP have
<br />presented to the City a Declaration to Remove the Appurtenancy of
<br />Santa Ana Valley Irrigation Company Water Stock on property described
<br />as:

<br />Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as
<br />follows:
