RESOLUTION NO. 65-1)~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF TRE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND ORDER- <br />ING.THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT <br />EMPLOYING SPECIAL COUNSEL. <br /> <br />(Assessment District No. 220) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this City Council proposes to take <br />proceedings under the Improvement Act of 1911 for con- <br />struction of street work in proposed Assessment District <br />No. 220, and it is desirable to employ special counsel <br />to prepare the proceedings and supervise the conduct <br />thereof; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Nossaman, Thompson, Waters & Moss are <br />attorneys specially trained and experienced in_legal <br />matters pertaining to said Act, and an agreement covering <br />their special services on said matters has been presented <br />to this City Council; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND DETERMINE <br />that said agreement is hereby approved and the Mayor of <br />this city is hereby authorized and directed to sign and <br />the Clerk of the Council to attest said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the city. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED, <br />December,:, 1963. <br /> <br />SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of <br /> <br /> /~ice~M~/6r of the City o~ ~ <br /> ~ ~ahtaAna, California. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Cle?k of the Cbuncil of <br />the City of Santa Aha, <br />California. <br /> <br /> ~APPROVE~ AS TO/l~gM: <br /> <br />Ci~% i~ttorney ?f the City <br />~a ~a, Calzfornia. <br /> <br />of <br /> <br /> <br />
