RESOLUTION 63-196 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />TWO DEEDS GRANTING VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS <br />TO OWNERS OF RECORD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located <br />on the North side of First Street, West of Tustin Avenue, dedicated <br />to the City vehicular access rights to First Street; the present <br />owners have now requested driveway location across said area and <br />the City has determined to grant the same; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located <br />on the Southeast corner of Edinger and Standard Avenues dedicated <br />to the City vehicular access rights at said location; the present <br />owners have now requested driveway locations to Edinger Avenue and <br />to Standard Avenue and the City has determined to grant the same; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Vice-Mayor and the <br />Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />a deed quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDER- <br />LYING FEE AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD <br />vehicular access rights to First Street, West of Tustin Avenue, and <br />deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Vice-Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed <br />quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING <br />FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, vehicular <br />access rights to Edinger Avenue and to Standard Avenue and deliver <br />the same to the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of December, 1963. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />[~I~E-MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
