Use caution when opening attachments or links.
Attn; City Attorney
Please cc this to City Council & Mayor, City Manager, Arts Commission members
All; I am writing to you on behalf of the G7 Neighborhood Leaders Alliance who wish to express their concern and deep
disappointment with this project. We are of the understanding that it was created as a result of a sizable grant from the
City of Santa Ana? If so we wish to express our concern about its messaging, its intended usage and most importantly
the decision making that went into granting funding for this in the first place.
We encourage the City Attorney to investigate this initiative and we are of the belief that it may incite participants to
violence, it is filled with many derogatory images and seems to seek to further separate people in our city vs. attempting
to bring them together.
This videogame in our view is a questionable use of the public purse. Please let us know what the thinking is with City
Council, staff and the Arts Commission.
Sincerely,
Tim Rush
Chairman
The G-7 Neighborhood Leaders Alliance
"Leaders Leading The Way to a Better Santa Ana"
(
1
