Ball reported out the summary of email comments <br />received: one (1) Closed Session Agenda Item No. 1. <br />The following speakers addressed City Council in -person: <br />1. Apolonio Cortes (translation: Spanish) spoke regarding Closed Session Agenda <br />Item No. 9. <br />RECESS — City Council will recess to Closed Session for the purpose of conducting <br />regular City business. <br />MINUTES: MayorAmezcua recessed to considerthe Closed Session items at 4.55 P.M. <br />CLOSED SESSION ITEMS —The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain <br />matters without members of the public present.
