His <br />experience in design, construction and plan checking includes a variety <br />of improvement projects such as street improvements, pavement <br />rehabilitation, signing and striping, precise grading, water mains, <br />demolition, reservoir rehabilitation, and sewer mains. He has provided <br />staff augmentation, capital improvement design, construction <br />management and plan checking services for several Southern California <br />public agencies including 5 years with the City of Adelanto. His <br />experience also includes public works construction inspection, legal <br />descriptions for easements, topographic surveying and construction <br />surveying. <br />Many of his projects involved ADA accessible pathways and grant <br />funding management such as Safe Routes to Schools and Community <br />Development Block Grant (CDBG) improvements. Mr. Wolfe is also well <br />versed in traffic calming, bicycle facility design, warrant analysis and <br />temporary traffic control. Previous traffic engineering duties included <br />close collaboration with City Police Departments to resolve parking <br />violation enforcement issues and increasing traffic safety. <br />Mr. Wolfe has written and presented many staff reports for recommend <br />action to commissions as well as contract awards for City council. <br />Recommended action often required close coordination with the public <br />and businesses. Mr. Wolfe has represented the city at numerous <br />regional meetings with SBCTA and Caltrans. <br />DETAILED PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />On -Call Plan and Map Checking Services, Various Cities- Mr. <br />Wolfe has provided on -call plan checking services to several local <br />Southern California Cities. His experience includes providing plan <br />checking services for several small and large tract developments, <br />single family residential units, and commercial retail centers. His <br />services have included development project screen checks, <br />responding to development community inquiries, performing plan <br />checking for grading, street, storm drain, landscaping, street lighting, <br />traffic signal, SWPPP, erosion control, and WQMP plans, as well as <br />conducting all facets of municipal development related services. <br />City Engineering Services, City of Adelanto — Mr. Wolfe provided <br />full time civil engineering services to the city, as the City Engineer. <br />While providing these services to the city, he has represented the city <br />with other agencies at numerous meetings, represented engineering <br />with the City's council and other public meetings, managed <br />engineering budgets and project schedules, retained other <br />consultants to prepare improvement design projects, managed <br />funding programs, and various related work.
