<br />has been providing plan and map checking services in accordance with City
<br />standards, plan review guidelines, and the City's policies on engineering services
<br />plan check processing. Under this contract, Willdan performs traditional
<br />engineering plan checking services of residential developments, commercial
<br />developments, and infrastructure improvements within the City's right of way.
<br />Willdan checks and reviews the improvement plans, specifications, reports and
<br />other documents for grading, street improvements, storm drain systems, sanitary
<br />-sewers, -hydrology,-SWPPP, WQMP,-erosion and -sediment control; -street lighting
<br />and water facilities to ensure compliance with City standards, specifications,
<br />ordinances and policies.
<br />On -Call Plan Check Services, City of Rialto, California. Project Manager. Willdan
<br />provides plan checking services for all improvement plans including residential
<br />subdivision review, private developments, public street improvement plans, traffic
<br />plans and grading operations. Willdan is also tasked with providing all map reviews
<br />and works in the function as the acting City Surveyor for these reviews. In addition
<br />to the improvement plans, Willdan reviews all technical design reports associated
<br />with the improvement plans including hydrology, utilities, SWPPP, WQMP and
<br />sediment control plans.
<br />On -Call Civil Engineering Contract, City of San Bernardino, California. Plan Check
<br />Engineer. Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed plan reviews for
<br />portions of a major project or a complete project. Supervise and coordinate the
<br />work of plan reviewers, technicians, and others who assist in specific assignments.
<br />Keep abreast of new developments/knowledge and methods affecting public
<br />works design, codes and regulations. Perform QA/QC reviews of design
<br />development and construction documents including specifications, cost estimates,
<br />engineering calculations, and various reports and plans including
<br />hydrology/hydraulic reports, SWPPPs, and water quality management/erosion
<br />control plans.

<br />Willdan provides reviews for land development projects encompassing civil
<br />infrastructure, grading, soils, traffic, floodplain management, environmental
<br />studies, and permit application requests. Additional land -development -related
<br />services provided under the contract involve contract extension of staff services
<br />for Deputy City Engineer, Traffic Engineer, and Public Works Inspector, project
<br />management; development review meeting attendance; and independent
<br />assurance sampling and testing.
