<br />As a full -service engineering, surveying, and
<br />construction management firm, we take pride in our

<br />Our staff of professionals includes registered civil,
<br />structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers;
<br />licensed land surveyors; construction managers;
<br />funding administrators; instrumentation and controls
<br />(SCADA) specialists; Geographic Information
<br />System (GIS) specialists; and planners. In addition,
<br />we employ experts in 3D scanning and modeling,
<br />permitting and compliance, Low Impact Development
<br />(LID), and the LEED certification process.
<br />With more than 135 professionals, we have extensive
<br />experience in general civil plan checking services;
<br />map check services; design; surveying services;
<br />street rehabilitation, widening, and improvement
<br />projects; and major street, storm drain, right-of-way,
<br />water, sewer, and dry utility design.
<br />Cannon provides preliminary engineering studies
<br />and master planning for drainage facilities, hydrology
<br />and hydraulics, water utilities, sewer, and dry utilities.
<br />We have strong experience in the preparation of
<br />engineering documents for each phase of design
<br />and construction: conceptual design, preliminary
<br />design, final engineering, construction documents,
<br />construction support, and construction management.

<br />As a growing, financially stable organization, we are
<br />proud of the good credit rating we have earned from
<br />Dunn & Bradstreet in an industry dominated by fair
<br />and poor ratings. Cannon has not been debarred,
<br />suspended, or otherwise declared ineligible to contract
<br />by any Federal, State, or local public agency, and has
<br />not had a contract terminated for breach with a client.
<br />Cannon has the financial resources and regular
<br />staffing to provide Reliable Responsive Services to
<br />the City of Santa Ana. We are able to maintain our
<br />proposed project team (including subconsultants) to
<br />facilitate the timely and continuous performance of
<br />work.
