He has <br />prepared and managed a variety of environmental documents, including Initial <br />Studies/Mitigated Negative Declarations (IS/MNDs), Environmental Impact <br />Reports (EIRs), Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), Environmental <br />Assessments (EAs), and Findings of No Significant Impact (FONSIs), including <br />Addendum CEQA/NEPA documentation. Mr. Guy directs <br />a comprehensive approach to irrigation design the firm and serves as the <br />technical liaison pertaining to water management issues which arise during the <br />planning, design, and implementation phases of projects. Mr. Guy's knowledge <br />of horticulture extends from high desert to tropical bioregions, enabling him <br />to effectively design planting and irrigation systems appropriate to individual <br />environmental requirements. Additionally, Mr. Guy provides landscape and <br />irrigation plan check services relating to the City of Rancho Santa Margarita's <br />Water Conservation Landscape Ordinance. Recent projects include a one - <br />mile Class I Bike Trail, "Smart Street" improvement project for N. El Camino <br />Real, City of San Clemente, and as an on -call consultant for the City of <br />Newport Beach; median / parkway renovation projects for a one -mile reach <br />of West PCH and a turf replacement median project along Jamboree Blvd. <br />Currently, BGB is an on -call consultant for the City of Gardena involved in park <br />renovation master planning for the city. <br />
