City reserves the right to modify these <br /> requirements, including limits, based on the nature of therisk, prior experience, <br /> insurer, coverage, or other special circumstances; provided, however, City must <br /> provide CLIPPERS with at least ten (10) days prior written notice prior to such <br /> modification. <br /> II. City Insurance Requirements <br /> City shall maintain insurance against losses and damages to persons or property <br /> caused by City, or any of its employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors in <br /> performing the Agreement, including: <br /> a. Commercial General Liability insurance with limits of not less than$1,000,000 <br /> per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate. <br /> b. Workers' Compensation insurance as required by law. <br />
