Bridge No. 55-56 on U.S. Hwy. lO1, Orange-174-Santa Aha,/ <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hunter, seconded by McBride and carried, the <br /> <br />Mayor and Clerk were authorized to sign an agreement with the State <br /> <br />In Re <br />Demands <br /> <br />Personnel Board for services to be performed for the year ending June <br />30, 1953. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hunter, seconded by Dahl and carried, the demands <br />as audited by the Finance Committee were approved and Clerk was <br /> <br />In Re <br />Bond release <br />Tract No. 1470 <br /> <br />authorized to issue warrants for same. <br />. <br />Communication was read from the City Engineer advising that improve- <br /> <br />ments within the boundaries of Tract No. lA70 have been completed and <br /> <br />on motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hunter and carried, the <br /> <br />In Re <br />Initiative Petition <br />Swimming Pool & Bath <br />House <br /> <br />bond filed by Raymar Development Company in the sum of $~0,000.00, <br />was ordered released. <br /> <br />The statement of the City Clerk was read certifying that the signa- <br />tures of voters on initiative petition for the construction of a <br />swimming pool and bath house in Memorial Park, had been examined and <br /> <br />In Re <br />Reso. No. 52-?~ <br />Calling Special <br />Election - Swimming <br />Pool & Bath House <br /> <br />found sufficient. <br />, <br />On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by McBride and ca?tied, <br />following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />"Resolution of the Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />calling a Special Election to submit to a vote of <br />the electors of said City, an Ordinance for the pur- <br />pose of levying and collecting a tax of $0.15 on each <br />lO0.00 assessed valuation of property within said <br />City for the purpose of constructing a swimming pool <br />and bath house in Memorial Park and providing addi- <br />tional recreational equipment for parks in said City; <br />and authorizing consolidation of said election with <br />the General Elections to be held November 4, 1952" <br /> <br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 52-74 and passed by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />In Re <br />Transfer of Funds <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.
