RESOLUTION NO. 61-]i ORDERING VACATiOiq AMD ABANDONblE~T~ OF A PORTION OF ALLEY SOUTH OF OCCIDENTAL BE~I~EEN STAI~DARD AiqD EVERGREEN WHEREAS, heretofore, on December 5, 1960, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 60-252 declaring its intention to vacate a portion of the unnamed alley herein described, which Resolution was published and posted as required by law; and ~HEREAS, public hearing was duly held thereon on January 3, 1961, and after hearing, the Council has decided that the same should be vacated. NOW, THEP~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby finds that the portion of the unnamed alley herein described is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: rfhat the City Council hereby makes its order vacating and abandoning, for street purposes, the portion of the unnamed alley, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: 'l~at portion of an alley South of Occidental street between Evergreen Street and Standard Avenue, more particularly described as follows: A rectangular shaped parcel of land 20.00 feet wide and 90.00 feet long, bounded on the North by the Easterly extension of the North line of Lot 9, Block "L" of Tract Number 696 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 20, Page 46 of Miscellaneous ~aps, Records of Orange County, California; bounded on the East by the West line of Lots 31, 32 and 33, Block "L" of said Tract Number 696; bounded on the West by the East line of Lots 9, 10 and 11, Block "L" of said Tract Number 696; bounded on the South by the Easterly extension of the North line of the South 30.00 feet of Lot 11, Block "L" of said Tract Number 696.
