RESOLUTION NO. 61-3 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAi~TA ANA, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE WORK DESCRIBED IN RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 60-249, ADOPTED ON THE 5th DAY OF DECEMBER~ 1960, IN THE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN GOLDEN WEST AVENUE AND OTHER STREETS (ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 204) IN SAID CITY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, pursuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911", being Parts 1, 2 and 3 of Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: That the public interest and convenience require the work hereinafter mentioned to be done, and therefore the said City Council hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to he made in said City, to wit: The construction of certain grading, paving, base~ curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway approaches, together with appurtenances and appurtenant work in connection therewith in Assessment District No. 204, all as more particularly described in Resolution of Intention No. 60-249, passed and adopted by the City Council of said City on the 5th day of December, 1960, and on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Council of said City. For further particulars reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 60-249 and to the plans and drawings for said improvement on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works and the Clerk of the Council of said City, and to the specifications for said work heretofore adopted by said City Council and on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works and the Clerk of the council of said City, and all of said plans, drawings and specifications heretofore approved by the City Council of said City are incorporated herein and made a part hereof, and reference is hereby made thereto for a more particular description of said work. -1-
