RESOLUTION NO. 61-5 OVERRULING THE ZONIRG ADMINIS- <br />TRATOR AND PLANNING CO~4ISSION AND GRANTING VARIANCE <br />APPLICATION NO. 1407 FILED BY HARRY J. TANCREDI <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Zoning Administrator, after public hearing on <br /> <br /> notice, denied Variance Application No. 1407, filed by Harry J. <br />~'Tancredi; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission affirmed the denial of <br />Variance Application No. 1407; and <br /> <br /> ~-6EREAS, Appeal Application No. 6 was duly filed by the appli- <br />cant, requesting a hearing on said Variance Application No. 1407 <br />before the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice, has <br />decided that the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission should <br />be overruled, and that said Variance should be granted upon certain <br /> <br />conditions. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby <br />grants a variance on Application No. 1407 to permit the property in <br />the City of Santa Ana, lying in the County of Orange, State of Cali- <br /> <br />fornia, described as: <br /> Parcel 1. commencing at a point 240.64 feet North of the <br /> Southeast corner of the Resubdivision of the Orange Grove <br /> Tract, as shown on a ~4ap recorded in Book 2, Page 9 of <br /> Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, <br /> said point being 100 feet North of the intersection of the <br /> West line of West Street with the center line of 20th Street, <br /> as shown on a Map recorded in Book 31, Page 27 of Miscellan- <br /> eous Records of Los Angeles County, California; running thence <br /> West 150 feet; thence North 50 feet; thence East 150 feet; <br /> thence South 50 feet to the place of beginning; <br /> <br /> Parcel 2. Commencing at a point on the West side of <br /> Broadway 290.64 feet North of the Southeast corner of the <br /> Resubdivision of the Orange Grove Tract, as shown on a Map <br /> recorded in Book 2, Page 9 of Miscellaneous f4aps, records of <br /> Orange County, California; running thence North on the West <br /> line of Broadway 10 feet; thence West 300 feet; thence South <br /> 10 feet; thence East 300 feet to the point of beginning, <br />in a P District to be used for the construction of a professionally <br />zoned building with one side of said building being constructed along <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
