The City Council declares its intention to proceed with this <br />street vacation under the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of <br />1941 (Sections 8300 through 8374 of the California Streets and High- <br />ways Code). <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the Council is ordered to publish this Resolution <br />in the manner~rescribed by law for the publication of Ordinances of <br />the City, and the Director of Public Works is ordered to post notices <br />of street vacation conspicuously along the line of said street, stating <br />the ~assage of this Resolution of Intention to Vacate, and the time <br />and place of hearing thereof. Said notices shall be p0~ted not more <br />than 300 feet apart and at least three shall be so posted.
