RFP Document is revised to include the required document ATTACHMENT I: STATEMENT <br />REGARDING COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT (CWA) REQUIREMENTS, <br />attached hereto. This form must be completed and included with the proposal. Proposals that <br />do not contain this form will be considered nonresponsive. <br />F. Section XIV. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the RFP Document is revised to <br />include the following: <br />CC. COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT <br />For projects with bids greater than $750,000 for prime multi -trade construction <br />contracts (including all subcontractors) or over $100,000 for specialty contracts <br />(contracts either limited to a single trade or craft or limited to a singular scope of work), <br />the Contractor shall adhere to the City's Community Workforce Agreement <br />(CWA). This project is considered a specialty contract. The CWA is a pre -hire <br />collective bargaining agreement, which establishes the labor relations policies and <br />procedures for Contractor to follow in the crafts persons employed to complete the <br />WORK OF IMPROVEMENT as more fully described in the CWA. The CWA is <br />incorporated by reference in the Construction Contract. A copy of the CWA may be <br />found in EXHIBIT V. <br />G. EXHIBIT V — Community Workforce Agreement is attached hereto for proposers' reference. <br />H. Section IX.
