£~SOLUTION NO. 61-IO DECLARING THE CONSENT OF <br />THE CITY COUNCIL' OF SANTA AIqA TO CO~a~EbIC~IE~£ OF <br />PROCEEDINGS UNDER THE AI~EJfATION ACT OF 1913 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a written request has been filed with the City of <br />Santa Ana asking that said City consent to the initiation of pro- <br />ceedings for annexation of inhabited territory lying Easterly of <br />the Northwesterly boundary of said city; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a map and description of the boundaries of said area <br />have been presented to the Planning Commission of the City of Santa <br />Ana for their consideration, and said Planning Commission has reported <br />to this City Council and has recommended that said annexation be con- <br />sented to and approved by this City Council. <br /> <br /> ~O~~, THEREFOR~E, BE iT RESOLVED: ~at the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha hereby consents to the commencement of proceedings <br />for the annexation of territory to be known as "Newport and Warren <br />N. W.
