RESOL%~£ION ~0. 61-13 APPROVING PRELI~IINARY <br />RECOPJ3 OF SURVEY' ~.LAP ~O. 195 FILED BY JOE <br />L. SEP~NA, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> %~HEREAS, Preliminary Record of Survey ~iap NO. 195 was filed <br />on Nove~er 22, 19J0, by JOE L. SERIFA; and <br /> <br /> ~IEREAS, the Planning-Department has received and reviewed <br />this ~p and recor~aended denial; and <br /> <br /> W/{EREAS, the City Council has duly held a public hearing on <br />said question and determined that public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require that said Preliminary Record of Survey ?iap <br />No. 195 be approved subject to conditions. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Preliminary Record of <br /> <br />Survey Map No. 195, filed by JOE L. SERNA, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />subject to conditions as follows: <br /> <br />1. ~l~nat an easement for street purposes measured 42 feet <br />North of and at right angles to the center line of Sugar <br />Avenue along the Southerly edge of the property be dedi- <br />cated to the City. <br /> <br />2. That all vehicular access rights to Sugar Avenue be <br />dedicated to the City. <br /> <br />3. ~hat an easement for street purposes measured 40 feet <br />from and at right angles to the Easterly boundary of the <br />property along said Easterly boundary be dedicated to the <br />City. Further, said easement shall provide for one-half <br />of a cul-de-sac in the Northeast corner of said property <br />and said cul-de-sac portion shall also be dedicated to <br />the City. <br /> <br />4. That the improvement plans be submitted to the Depart- <br />ment of Public Works for approval. <br /> <br />5. That the owner shall improve the dedicated street ease- <br />memts in accordance with standards established by the <br />Department of Public Wo~cs, and that all improvements re- <br />quired to be made or installed by the subdivider be in <br />accordance with the design standards and specifications of <br />the Santa Aha ~4unicipal Code. <br /> <br />~. That the proposed property lines be reoriented in such <br />a manner that each parcel shown on the Preliminary i4ap <br />shall have frontage on the 40 foot street hereinabove pro- <br />vided by condition No. 3, and that access for said parcels <br />shall be limited to said street. <br /> <br />7. That a final Record of Survey ~lap be recorded; and that <br />a copy of said recorded map be submitted to the Department <br />of Public Works within ten days after recording. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
