FLEETING, have <br />presented to the City a deed dated January 3, 1961, conveying an <br />easement for street purposes on the North side of Bolsa Avenue, <br />West of Verano Street, in consideration of the payment of $192.00, <br />Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 45649-F with <br />the Security 'Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa <br />Ana, California; and <br /> <br />WALTER WOOD have presented to the City a deed dated De~cember 30, <br />1960, conveying an easement for street purposes on the N~rth side <br />of Bolsa Avenue, West of Verano Street, in consideration!~f the <br /> <br />payment of $192.00. Said transaction is. to be handled through <br /> <br />Escrow No. 457!~-F with the Security Title Insurance Company, <br /> <br />825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, J~ES A. McCALLA has presented to the City a deed <br />dated January 3, 1961, conveying an easement for street purposes on <br />the North side of Bolsa Avenue, West of Harbor Boulevard, in con- <br />sideration of the payment of $9~30.00.
