RESOLUTION NO. 61-18 <br /> <br />CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH: <br /> <br /> HE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, <br /> Sections 3201, the City declares that portion of: RESOLUTION NO. 58-226 adopted <br /> on the second day of September 1958, ordering the curb painted YELLOW on the <br /> <br /> Southside of Sixth Street between Main and Bush Streets, as follows: <br /> <br /> East 19 feet of the West 82 feet <br /> <br />is hereby repealed anl rescinded, cud the Director of Public Works is hereby directed <br />to cause signs to be removed. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle <br />Code, Section 21458 and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3218, FREIGHT <br />LOADING ZONE is hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> The south side of Sixth Street between Main and Bush Streets, as follows: <br /> <br /> East 55 feet of the West 137 feet <br /> <br />and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb YELLOW and install <br />signs to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOF±~D by the Council of the City of S~ta Ana at its regular meeting <br /> <br />held on the 16th day of January 1961. <br />/~"I'~BT: <br /> <br /> Clerk of the Couucil <br /> <br />(SE~) <br /> <br />STATE OF C~TJ~ORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE )SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of the <br />City of Santa Aua, California; that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced <br />to said Council at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of Janu~ary, <br /> <br />1961~ and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> <br />
