Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 45799-F with the Security Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, california; and ~EREAS, LEON C. CARPENTER and ~LARCELLINE CARPE~JTER have pre- sented to the City a deed ~a~ed.Januar~25, 1961, cgnveying Lot 24 of Tract ilO. 1550/ a~ shown on % Map recorded in Book 54, Page 15, of ~4iscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, in con- sideration of the payment of $11,500.00. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 45824-F with the Security Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California; and ~ER~AS, HENRY NEISHI, TOMOKO NEISHI, GEORGE NEtSHI, MASAKO NEISHI and MASAJI NEISHI have presented to the City a deed dated January 24, %961, conveying an easement for drainage purposes located Northwest of Smeltzer Avenue and Harbor Boulevard, in consideration of the payment of $2,237.28. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 45213-C with the Security Title Insurance Company,. 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California; and WHEREAS, ~?~.G. McCALLA and ~ ,L~.~.CH~.~1 have presented /3 to the City a deed dated January 23, 19~1, conveying an easement for street purposes on the South side of Bolsa Avenue, East of Newhope Street, in consideration of the payment of $977.00.
