RESOLUTION NO. 61-2~ ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, AV~..G~E~_$_O~I_ER_~._~s presented to the City a deed I ~ <br />dated January 14, 1961, conveying an easement for street purposes <br />on the North side of Bolsa Avenue, West of Verano Street; and said <br />deed replaces a deed dated Decentber 15, 1960, which contained an <br />error, and which was accepted by the City for cash consideration in <br />the amount of $247.00 by Resolution No. 61-7; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, DERYL D. GUY~ and 9~I~_.0.,_~%~_~ have presented to /~zF <br />the City a deed dated February 1, 19~1, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes on the South side of Fifth Street, West of the Santa <br />Ana River; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, _J~N._.~I~.iN. ~G~T~L~P~N~,' INC~.~ .a corporation, has pre- <br />sented to the City a deed dated December 13, 1960, conveying an <br /> <br />easement for sewer line purposes West of Lenita Lane to Old Tustin <br /> <br />Avenue; and <br /> <br />~HEREAS, JO__~..~.~EI~A and ~.~P~I~_,F~.,~M_~..~B~.E~~ have presented to <br /> <br />the City a deed dated January 13, 1981, conveying an easement for <br /> <br />street purposes on the South side of Fifth Street, East of Harper <br /> <br />Street; and <br /> <br />I J5 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, TH0~'~_S. ,~.~0~ S~IITH and L_~O_LA_.?~4~_Y_~ S~TH have pre- / <br />sented to the City a deed dated January 14, 1961, conveying an ease- <br /> <br />ment for street purposes on the North side of Fifth Street, East of <br /> <br />Harper Street; and <br /> <br />presented to the City a deed dated January 5, 19~1, conveying an <br />easement for street purposes on the North side of Bolsa Avenue, West <br />of ~.~axine Street; and <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
