R~SOL%~DION NO. 61-25 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />QUITCLAIM DEEDS BY THE CITY OF SAI~TA ANA · <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located <br />on the North side of First Street, West of Townsend Street, dedicated <br />all vehicular access rights to First Street to the City, and the <br />present owner, GRESCHNER-RABEC, a general partnership, has now <br />requested driveway locatio~ across said area, and the City has deter- <br />mined to grant the same; and <br /> <br /> ~{EREAS, the owners of certain property located on the South <br />side of Delhi Road, East of Susan Street, have heretofore dedicated <br />to the City all vehicular access rights to Delhi Road, and the present <br />owners, HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE deC. SEGERSTROM, ANTON H. SEGER- <br />STROM, NELLIE RUTH SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, VERONICA P. <br /> <br />SEGERSTROi~, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROi~, JR., and JEA1QlqETTE E. SEGERSTROM, <br /> a <br />have now requested/driveway location across said area, and the City <br /> <br />has determined to grant the same. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed quit- <br />claiming to GRESCHNER-RAB~Q~ a general partnership, all of the <br />vehicular access rights on the North side of First Street, West of <br />Townsend Street and to deliver the same to said owner. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the <br />Council are hereby directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed quitclaiming <br />to t~F~h~R2f_~, SEGERSTROM, ~$ d~c.
