The City of Santa Ana, a charter city <br /> and municipal corporation ("City"), and <br /> (collectively "Homebuyer") have entered into <br /> that certain Homebuyer Loan Agreement dated concurrently herewith <br /> ("Homebuyer Loan Agreement"). <br /> 1. The Homebuyer Loan Agreement provides for affordability <br /> restrictions and restrictions on the transfer of the Property, as more particularly set <br /> forth in the Homebuyer Loan Agreement. A copy of the Homebuyer Loan <br /> Agreement is on file with City as a public record and is deemed incorporated <br /> herein. Reference is made to the Homebuyer Loan Agreement with regard to the <br /> complete text of the provisions of such agreement and all defined teens therein, <br /> which provides for affordability restrictions and restrictions on the transfer of the <br /> Property. <br /> 2. The Homebuyer Loan Agreement generally provides for City to lend <br /> to Homebuyer and for Homebuyer to borrow from City a loan in order to assist <br /> 1 <br /> EXHIBIT E <br />
