The restrictions contained in the Affordable Housing Resale <br /> Restriction commence upon the date on which Homebuyer acquires fee title to the <br /> Property and terminate on the forty-fifth (45th) anniversary thereof. <br /> 5. The commonly known address for the Property is <br /> Street, Santa Ana, California 92701. <br /> 6. The assessor's parcel number for the Property is APN <br /> 7. The legal description of the Property is attached hereto as Exhibit A, <br /> and is incorporated herein by reference. <br /> 8. The Affordable Housing Resale Restriction, which includes the <br /> affordability restrictions referenced above, is expected to be submitted for <br /> recordation in the Office of the Orange County Recorder contemporaneously with <br /> this Notice of Affordability Restrictions. <br /> 9. The Homebuyer Loan Agreement and the Affordable Housing Resale <br /> Restriction both remain in full force and effect and are not amended or altered in <br /> any manner whatsoever by this Notice of Affordability Restrictions. <br /> 10. Capitalized terms shall have the meaning established under the <br /> Homebuyer Loan Agreement (including all Attachments thereto) excepting only to <br /> the extent as otherwise expressly provided under this Notice of Affordability <br /> Restrictions. <br /> 11.
